When will it arrive?
Use the timing on your order confirmation. Frozen goods should not be left outside or in a warm place.
What should I check on arrival?
Check that the packaging is intact and the goods are still frozen. If something is damaged, wrong, or thawed on arrival, follow the refunds page and include the order number and photos.
Can I change the address?
Contact us before the order is handed to delivery. A change may not be possible after that.
Is delivery free?
Only when checkout shows free delivery. This page does not set a free-delivery amount.
Receiving the order
Please arrange for someone to receive frozen goods. If the address is incomplete or nobody receives the parcel and the goods warm up, the outcome follows the refunds page.
